Why can't I order from the web site?
The answer is simple. The Internet is full of information and fun, but we take our committment to customer satisfation seriously. We prefer direct communication with our customers so that nothing is lost in translation. Not to mention the cost of doing business electronically, which we would have to pass on to our customers. We'd prefer not to charge you any more than we have to.
It's easy to order an instrument from us:
First, call Gravity Strings on the phone at (314) 241-0190. Cyberspace is pretty cool, but for actually buying an instrument, it's a must that we actually speak to each other so one of our salesman can give you an accurate, in depth description of the way the instrument looks, plays, feels, and sounds
Payment is by PayPal (additional fee applied), Certified Check, Postal Money Order, Bank Wire Transfer, VISA, Mastercard, or American Express
No sales tax on out of state orders, but MO state sales tax applies within
Shipping: We will send the instrument, fully insured via UPS, USPS, or Federal Express. Customer pays shipping both ways
Packing: Don't worry!!! We are expert packers, and we've learned from our own experiences the right and wrong way to carefully pack and ship a fine instrument or amplifier
Approval: You have 24 hours from the time you sign for the product to try it out . If you want to return the product you must first contact us so we can work out the details. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned new products
A 25% Deposit will hold an instrument for 30 days
